Shauna Clark combines knowledge of special needs schools and networking savvy.
She brings together information from other important and relevant professionals (Educational Consultants, Doctors, Therapists and Counselors) to help in the best placement of your child.
Shauna brings a certain passion and understanding to her work that can only come from the joy and pain of going through this process herself. As a parent, Shauna was faced with tough choices and personal sacrifices when she accepted that her own teenage boys needed help. She decided to place both of her boys into special needs schools.
"It was one of the hardest choices I’ve ever made and has given me an awareness of the hardships, both personal and financial, that a parent faces when they decide they can’t afford not to do something. CHELSEA DICKINSON
Chelsea Dickinson brings to Clark Custom Educatinal Loans her social service background, 7 years in marketing, and 12 years customer service experience.
She brings together information from her involvement as an ICARE board member in which she started the after school program. Chelsea brings a commitment and passion to her work that comes from her involvement on chamber committees, her volunteer services, as well as being a mother.

Brent Bailey combines his experience and knowledge of 8 years customer service experience into the quality of work he brings to Clark Custom Educational Loans.
He brings together information not only from his work experience in the private sector, also his communication work in the Army. New to this industry, Brent is friendly and supportive with parents, programs and educational consultants and enjoys offering quality service.
